Craig Fierro and his team have over thirty-five years of combined experience working in the auto glass industry. Together they place integrity and quality above all else and share a determination to be the premier service available in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.
Craig opened Auto Glass Express Truckee in January, 2004 and since opening, we have provided excellent service to the Truckee-Tahoe area and have developed a reputation of being professional, fast and courteous. Craig has since expanded the business to service not only the public but also the majority of the professional and commercial businesses in the area. Auto Glass Express Truckee is the only full service auto glass shop in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.

Craig is a Northern California native, having grown up in a small town in the central valley known for its wine grapes. After a brief sojourn in Colorado, Craig and his wife decided to make Truckee their permanent home.
After moving here in 2003, Craig opened Auto Glass Express and is excited to be a part of this amazing place. He is an active member of our small community; serving as an Optimist board member, volunteering at and donating to local fundraisers aimed to aid local youths through education and sports, coaching youth sports and now involving his own children in local efforts.
Richard Lusser

Richard Lusser is the owner of AutoGlass Express Truckee and has built his reputation on providing reliable, high-quality auto glass repair and replacement services throughout Truckee and the surrounding Sierra region.
Born and raised in Truckee, Richard attended local schools and has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. His lifelong connection to the area gives him a strong appreciation for the people, businesses, and outdoor lifestyle that make Truckee such a special place to live and work.
With a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, Richard understands that damaged glass can disrupt your day and compromise your vehicle’s safety. That’s why he focuses on delivering prompt service, expert installations, and clear communication from start to finish.
Richard takes pride in serving the community with honest recommendations and dependable workmanship. Whether it’s a windshield replacement, rock chip repair, or side and rear glass service, customers can count on professional care and attention to detail.
When he’s not helping customers get safely back on the road, Richard enjoys spending time outdoors. An avid fly fisherman, he loves exploring the region’s rivers and lakes. He also enjoys riding dirt bikes, driving side-by-sides through the Sierra backcountry, and making the most of the mountain lifestyle. Most importantly, Richard values spending quality time with his wife and their dog, enjoying everything the Truckee area has to offer.
